Online Order is a service operated by OMSAI MOBILE SHOP(“we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered at Ground Floor, Shop No. 03, Kaveri Tower, Shilphata Road, Near Prerna Tower, Diva East, Thane, Maharashtra 400612. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Online Order website and app (store.onlineindia.net) and the purchase of products through them. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.

We sell mobile & computer accessories for delivery within Diva. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. Prices, offers and availability are as shown at the time of order and may change without notice. We try to display accurate product information but do not warrant that all details are error-free.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected via our payment partner (Razorpay) for online payments, or as cash on delivery where offered. By paying online you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the applicable amount.

We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout (typically ~30 minutes within Diva). Delivery times are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Cancellations and refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information, not misuse the service, and not use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Online Order is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
