Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within Diva and nearby serviceable areas. Serviceability is confirmed by your delivery address at checkout.

Orders are typically delivered in ~30 minutes during operating hours. In rare cases (weather, high demand, stock or address issues) it may take longer, up to same day. You can track your order status live in the app.

A small delivery fee may apply and is shown at checkout. Orders above the displayed threshold (e.g. ₹499) qualify for free delivery. Any charges are shown clearly before you pay.

After you place an order you receive live status updates (placed → packed → out for delivery → delivered) and notifications. You may contact the assigned rider for active deliveries.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or non-contactable customer, we will attempt to reach you. Repeated failures may lead to cancellation as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
