Online Orderoperates a quick-commerce service for mobile & computer accessories in Diva, delivered via our website (store.onlineindia.net) and Android app.

2. Information we collect

Phone number — for OTP sign-in and order updates.
Name & delivery address — to fulfil and deliver your orders.
Approximate/precise location — only when you set a delivery address, to route riders.
Order & cart data — items, amounts, order history.
Device push token — to send order-status notifications.
Diagnostics — crash and performance data to keep the app stable.

3. How we use your information

To create your account, process and deliver orders, send updates and notifications, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details; these are handled securely by the payment gateway.

5. Sharing

We share only what is needed to run the service: delivery partners receive your name, address and phone for active deliveries; stores receive order details. We use Google Firebase and our payment partner as processors. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Data retention & your rights

We keep account and order data while your account is active and as required for legal and tax purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time — see our account deletion page or email us.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
